Behind The Scene at the 1422 West Buttermilk, Aspen, Colorado Real Estate Photography Shoot

Real estate photography can always be interesting.  You never know what a property will be like until you actually get on location.  This estate was one of those real estate photo shoots that keep it interesting, and develop into fun projects to work on. The first day we photographed this estate, construction was just getting finalized.  The day before clean up crews worked through the night to get the property ready for the photography session.  The landscaping did not exist yet and our client asked us to digitally create landscaping for the exterior shots and the interiors that looked out.  The yard was just dirt. No grass, no flowers, no rocks and no trees.  The home was also empty, so we selected a few rooms to do virtual staging in.  With new cutting-edge technology, our virtual staging service gave scale to the rooms and showed the potential of the space.  The property was later filled with furniture and we went back for new images.  See if you can tell which ones are virtual furniture and which ones are real furniture.
