This was a spectacular estate for us to photograph.  This home was designed by Charles Cunniffe Architects out of Aspen, Colorado.  The listing real estate agents are Krista Klees and Corey Strahm with Palladium Properties. Our photographers were on location for about 5 hours capturing images, video footage and 3D Virtual Tour scans of the estate just before and after sunset.  Additional lighting was used on the exterior twilight photographs and really make the home pop! Our photography team used additional strobe lighting on the interiors and we completed the post-production with our state-of-the-art image mastering process. This property overlooks the 15th Green of the Aspen Glen golf course and the Roaring Fork River below.  For this project, we also captured aerial photographer and aerial video for the real estate video we produced.  Our real estate photographers also captured video clips of the interior of the home as well as various “ground” footage around the property.  In addition to the photography and video we produced, our team of professional photographers also captured a complete 3D Scan of the interior of the property with our Matterport® Pro 2 4k camera.  This was a 10,000 sq.ft. scan and created an immersive and interactive virtual tour of the property.  We completed this project as we do with all projects with a real estate property website.  We provide a branded and unbranded version of the video, vr tour, and property website that is MLS compliant and friendly for other real estate agents to send out to potential buyers.  Everything on this project was completed within our 72-hour delivery promise and the property was ready to hit the market within a couple days!
